We are a top-performing luxury real estate team serving Lake Oswego, OR, the Portland metro area, and Southern Washington. Our team leader is a highly driven, high-producing agent who needs a dedicated, licensed real estate professional to assist with high-priority tasks and be his boots on the ground in places where he cannot be.
We are seeking a loyal, detail-oriented, and proactive real estate professional who thrives in a supportive role, enjoys being an integral part of a successful team, and is committed to long-term growth within our business. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside a top agent, gain experience in the luxury market, and increase your earnings through both direct compensation and your own transactions within the team. The direct compensation for this role is between 4%-6% of the Team Leader's GCI from transactions that he takes the lead on. Using historic GCI, this may be between $68,000-$102,000. This is NOT a salaried position.
Compensation :
68,000 - $102,000 (As a % of GCI)
Responsibilities :
- Contract Writing – Writing up RSAs as needed.
- Communication - Occasionally communicate with clients and other agents as requested.
- Showing Support – Conducting agent-accompanied showings and home tours for buyers.
- Inspection Representation – Attending home inspections and taking detailed notes.
- Listing Preparation – Taking notes for listing marketing and assisting with the hand-off to our administrative team.
- Client & Property Assistance – Dropping off materials at properties, opening doors for appraisers, contractors, and staging teams.
- Market Research – Gathering comps, pulling data, and assisting with pricing strategies.
- Luxury Client Service – Ensuring a white-glove experience for clients, from showing coordination to personalized property tours.
- Additional Support Duties as Needed – Acting as a true right-hand agent for the team leader.
