  • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School Diploma (Some College Preferred)
  • Must be able to pass a Background Screen
  • Insurance licenses are not required to start but are required post hire date (financially funded by Agency)
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Experience in managing client relationships preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to work well with a team & autonomously
  • Able to effectively relate to customers
  • Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
