Teresa’s House Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Maintenance Technician.
This is a hands on, working where you will maintain the physical integrity of the community and the grounds, including 6 large ranch style homes. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, comfortable and first rate environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
You will
- Perform all aspects of make-readies to turn units timely.
- Maintain property in pristine condition (paint touch ups, repairs, preventative maintenance on all equipment, etc.)
- Perform work order requests in a timely manner.
- Perform repairs on equipment as needed
- Perform safety checks as directed.
- Support the maintenance of the grounds.
- Clean carpets as needed.
- Assist residents and family members with tasks as assigned (hanging pictures, TV’s, etc.).
- Move furniture, set up model rooms, etc.
Salary is $22 / hourly with full benefits and profit sharing.
