The Teresian House is currently hiring LPNs. This opportunity is Full Time or Part Time and consistently either Day, Evening or Night shift!
Role Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physician. Document appropriately.
- Assist with direct resident care as necessary, including personal care, feeding, care of environment changes, and safety.
- Ensure recording of Intakes and Output, toileting records, turning and positioning sheets and other documentation in neighborhood.
- Complete incident reports and initiate investigations occurring on assigned unit, and forward to RN Nurse Manager.
- Notify RN for assessment as needed.
- Initiate the transfer of residents to the hospital as necessary and ensure completion of necessary paperwork.
