The Teresian House is currently hiring part-time Receptionists. There are two opportunities: 3pm-9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 7a-3pm every Sunday. Every other Sunday may be considered if there are qualified candidates. Weekday 9a-1p relief is also available. Thank you for considering Teresian House in your choice for employment!
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, vendors and all guests of the Teresian House. Provide excellent customer service.
- Receive and direct incoming calls for staff and residents.
- Monitors the front door activity, including but not limited to: ensuring resident safety and monitoring exit, parking issues (fire lane), and observance of activity in the lobby.
- respond appropriately to emergency alarms.
- Have a working knowledge of the facility, department locations, and a general understanding of the care provided.

Qualified candidates for the Receptionist position will have:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience managing incoming and inter-office calls, greeting and directing visitors, and other administrative tasks.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
