What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Associate position at Teressa Foglia?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and engaging individual to join our Laguna Beach retail team 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the local community to attract new clients and promote our products.
- Develop strong client relationships through genuine conversations and personalized recommendations.
- Assist customers with custom design ideas and guide the product selection process.
- Process sales transactions, coordinate order deliveries or pickups, and maintain back stock organization.
- Curate merchandise displays on the sales floor and collaborate with the team to ensure the store is clean and welcoming.
- Support in-store events, attend off-site events as needed, and manage inventory.
- Coordinate deliveries, input inventory into the company system, and capture product photography of new designs.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely restocking of latest designs.
