As an HR Manager at Terex Utilities, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization by developing and implementing effective human resources strategies. A successful candidate will coordinate recruitment and selection of new team members; provide general team member communications, policy deployment, salary and benefits administration, recognition programs, and training depending on the area of assignment.
This is a key hire for the organization, requiring a strong team player who is self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and skilled at developing robust processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business and operational metrics, driving the people agenda to improve performance and achieve results.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources plans that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment and training needs.
- Design and deliver training programs to develop team members' skills and competencies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on human resources matters.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics and analytics.
You Will Succeed If:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
- You have a proven track record of delivering results-driven HR solutions.
- You have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- You have knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- You have PHR/SPHR certification.
