Tergar International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that develops and delivers Tergar programs, in partnership with our sister organization Tergar Asia. Tergar International is based in the United States of America in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota, with a staff of nearly 40 employees and core contractors who work in various locations around the world.
Job Description : As a Research Admin , you will be responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of user research. You will work closely with researchers, designers, and product managers to coordinate research sessions, recruit participants, organize materials, and maintain research documentation. Your role will help streamline processes, allowing the research team to focus on insights and user experience.
Responsibilities :
Manage the logistics of research activities, including scheduling interviews, usability tests, and research sessions.
- Recruit and screen participants for user research studies, ensuring a diverse and relevant sample.
- Coordinate and send out invitations, reminders, and follow-up emails to research participants.
- Organize research materials such as consent forms, interview scripts, and session recordings.
- Maintain research documentation and ensure that reports, insights, and data are stored and organized for easy access.
- Track timelines and deliverables for research projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact for participants, handling inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for stakeholders based on research outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of research projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure that all research is conducted ethically, following proper procedures.
