Our studio’s work adorns churches, cathedrals, and historic buildings across the country, leaving a lasting legacy of beauty and inspiration.The Lead Qualification Specialist qualifies marketing leads by engaging with customers to evaluate their individual project needs, timeline, process, and budget. Internal collaboration efforts will include interaction with Field staff in order to ensure that each customer receives the best possible support and purchase experience as measured by team and department KPIs. The goal of the Specialist is to manage a funnel of opportunities, supporting each customer’s needs through to the point of sale. The Lead Qualification Specialist will contact and qualify inbound leads generated from a variety of sources to determine interest level and sales opportunities for new and existing customers. The Specialist will also engage in outbound calling efforts to create additional leads for the funnel. Upon qualification, the Specialist will need to build rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative style, thereby building a pipeline of sales for the organization. The role will follow a defined cadence for follow-up conversations as needed with the customer, with each interaction tracked through CRM tools to facilitate an effective handoff with Field Sales.

- Generate quality sales opportunities for handoff to a Sales Consultant for on-site inspection and proposal creation
- Achieve weekly KPI’s (First-pass Yield, Cadence Completion/Meaningful Sales Interactions, Lead/Opportunity and Sales Conversion Rates)
- Harvest incoming leads, drive initial contact, and coordinate as needed with internal and external partners
- Generate additional leads through outbound calling programs using internal lists and marketing materials
- Develop and follow standard work to contact and convert leads to opportunities, utilizing a consultative sales strategy
- Develop and demonstrate technical and application knowledge to provide prompt, accurate answers and successfully qualify leads and engage customers
- Track each customer interaction using available CRM tools, noting next steps and future follow-up dates
- Effectively hand off each qualified opportunity to Field Sales, coordinating initial inspection appointments and ensuring the Sales team is equipped with the information necessary to drive each opportunity
- Meet monthly and annual lead conversion targets for each sales territory in collaboration with the sales team and leaders
- Collect and provide constructive feedback to cross functional co-workers to drive continuous improvement of process for both Marketing and Sales
Other Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor customer trends in all segments – supported by customer visits to better understand opportunities and challenges
- Relay pertinent product information from customers so the company can continue to improve its products and services
- Develop an understanding of competitive products
Education and Experience:
- 4 years inside sales experience preferred
- Intermediate level user of Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and/or equivalent Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), database management systems, and common sales tools/methods is preferred
- Proven experience in lead qualification and inside selling
