Are you a BCBA passionate about providing in-home ABA therapy? TERI’s Clinical Services team is dedicated to serving clients in the North County area, and we want you to be a part of our mission.


Flexible Scheduling : Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening services, we accommodate your availability. Work with young children, teens, adults, and their families in various settings, including home, virtual, residential, or classroom environments.

Diverse Service Models: As a BCBA, you may work directly with clients (sole model) or supervise a Registered Behavior Technician (tiered model). Depending on the service model, your responsibilities may include direct therapy, supervision, parent training, program design and revision, progress reporting, and assessment.

Work-Life Balance: Part-time BCBAs can work with one or more families, up to 20 hours a week, while full-time BCBAs work 40 hours a week. Our schedules are flexible, tailored to your availability and the needs of our clients.

Salary:

  • Salary Range Full Time: $79,000.00 to $80,000.00 Annually
  • Salary Range Part Time: $45-$65 per hour


To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Master’s Degree in educational, psychology, human development or a related field, valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • ABA services and supervision as required by position and/or funding sources, and three (3) years’ experience working with the developmentally disabled population with an emphasis on severe behaviors
  • Prefer prior experience and/or training with positive behavior supports as well as hands-on emergency behavior management techniques (i.e. Pro-Act, CPI, ABA, Assaultive Behavior Safety Training - ABST, Positive Approaches to Behavior Strategies - PABS)
  • Must have an acceptable driving record, California class C driver’s license, and provide proof of insurability of personal vehicle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participates in new and existing client assessment and/or intake, to include conducting functional behavioral assessment and/or analysis as well as other assessments; developing Adaptive Behavior Support Plans (or BIPS); develop and/or oversee development of data collection forms; review/update of plans and assessments; progress reporting and monitoring; development and provision of information as required by funding sources, and other paperwork related to provision of services to clients.
  • Oversees RBTs in their duties, to include providing training; review and approval of paperwork generated by RBTs; performance evaluations in conjunction with the Associate Director; performance management; and supervision of their provision of services in all service settings.
  • Schedules and coordinates services with and for clients in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • Provision of direct services and supports to clients, as needed, in home, community, and clinical settings, to include instruction, data collection, behavior support, and emergency behavior intervention techniques as trained and appropriate. Transportation to community training sites, as needed or assigned.
  • Serves as a liaison to parents, social workers, group homes, funding personnel, and other staff, professionals, or stakeholders.
  • Protects client welfare and best interests at all times, to include assistance with advocacy, medical/personal/social needs and other individual client needs.
  • Attends, participates in, develops, or leads meetings related to clients and provision of in-home, community, or clinic-based ABA services.
