We’re seeking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our TERI team!
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Post job openings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen resumes, schedule, and conduct interviews with applicants to assess qualifications.
- Develop candidate pipelines by leveraging professional networks, targeted community outreach, and recruitment events.
- Partner with department managers to define key skills and experience required for each position.
- Consistently review, develop, and implement creative recruitment and retention methods to build and maintain a referral network.
- Develop and/or implement effective recruitment strategies to improve upon best practices while providing accurate and thorough documentation on applicants using internal tracking software.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly activity metrics and objectives as set by management.
- Maintain consistent, open communication with supervisor and other management to keep them apprised of recruitment goals, activities, overall status.
- Maintaining timely accurate records and workflows around all hiring activity and producing metrics and analysis on the success of approaches and campaigns.
- Evaluate HR system software to improve and enhance recruitment and applicant tracking, in addition to enhancing the onboarding process for efficiency and compliance.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs and demands of programs and positions across the organization and use this insight to provide best in class service.
- Create and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent for open roles, benefiting both hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by offering training and coaching opportunities to hiring managers across the organization on the Talent Acquisition best practices and strategies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, sharing insights about its culture, values, and positions.
- Facilitate new hire orientations, onboarding, and ongoing training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS –
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in talent acquisition and/or recruitment.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with the ADP Workforce Now HRIS system and module implementations.
- Management experience with DocuSign, Powerforms, and Microsoft Forms / QR Codes. Ability to multi-task with recruiting, conducting interviews, clerical duties, auditing, onboarding, etc.
Salary Range –
$68,000-$75,000
