We’re seeking for a Project ImPACT Coach to join our TERI team!
The Project ImPACT Coach is responsible for delivering Project ImPACT therapy to Early Start individuals referred by and funded through the San Diego Regional Center. Key responsibilities include providing family training and support as outlined in the current Project ImPACT Trainer Manual, maintaining accurate documentation and data collection as specified, completing field notes, preparing progress report, and all other required paperwork.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Maintains a consistent schedule and works with families to ensure sessions are scheduled and delivered within the limits of the funding sources authorization.
- Meets with families as assigned to address clinical and client related issues or concerns.
- Communicates with families regularly to ensure programs are being run with fidelity.
- Participates in program development, assessment, data analysis, data input, charting, records maintenance, progress reporting, program updates, and other duties related to direct client services and program operations.
- Data collection and documentation of progress, documentation of behavior or other observations; session notes; hours worked; incident/injury reports; and other documentation as assigned.
- Training parents, family, and caregivers on methods for delivery and documentation of Project ImPACT Program.
- Participates in program staff meetings and other meetings or annual reviews as assigned.
- Protects client confidentiality, including written records or reports, per requirements.
- Protects client welfare and best interests at all times, to include assistance with advocacy, medical, personal, social needs and other individual client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS –
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development.
- Must be project ImPACT Trainer Certified.
- Two-year related experience and/or training working with individuals who have developmental disabilities and experience with severe behavior and learning disorder.
- Must be project ImPACT Trainer Certified with at least one-year related experience delivering Project ImPACT Services.
- Must have a personal mode of transportation.
Salary Range –
$45.00-$65.00 Hourly based on experience.
