Duties

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality service.
• Recruit, interview, and train staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu items and improve existing offerings based on customer feedback.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
