Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager/Team Member at Teriyaki Madness in Williamsburg, VA. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food, and upholding company standards. The Shift Manager/Team Member will also assist in inventory management, training new team members, and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights and weekends. We close at 9pm during the week and 9:30pm on Friday and Saturdays.
