Job Description
Teriyaki Madness Team Member Overview:The Food Service Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality food items that meet Branded Food Service Regulations.
Job Classification:Full Time / Part Time
Reports To:Food Service Manager
Required Education:High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in English language required.
Key Physical Demands:
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying boxes and/or equipment up to 50 pounds;
- Prolonged standing and walking (95%), Sitting (5%);
- Climbing, balancing, reaching, grabbing, stooping, crawling, bending, and crouching;
- Visual acuity, depth perception, and color vision;
- Olfactory perception;
- Auditory perception.
Main Responsibilities:
- Obtain Food Handlers Card.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Adhere to branded food concept's uniform dress code.
- Demonstrate positive attitude, greet customers with a smile.
- Upsell related items when appropriate.
- Monitor and rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Record and dispose of food waste properly.
- Prepare food according to branded food regulations.
- Measure and weigh ingredients as per regulations.
- Perform continuous cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
- Monitor temperatures on refrigeration and cooking equipment.
- Notify Manager of any equipment malfunctions or issues.
- Familiarize and adhere to Little General corporate and handbook policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
