Full Time Pest Control Technician

TermiCare Pest Control, a trusted leader in pest management, is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our team in Western and Central Connecticut. This role includes managing a variety of pest issues, with a particular focus on termites and bed bug infestations. Whether you are an experienced professional or someone eager to learn, this position offers growth in an exciting industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections for pests, including bed bugs, pest harborages, and entryways.
• Develop and execute customized treatment plans for a variety of pest issues, including bed bugs.
• Educate customers on effective pest prevention practices, including sanitation and landscaping.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate service details clearly with clients.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment in compliance with company and state regulations.
• Adhere to safety standards and proper handling of pest control products.
• Support sales efforts through referrals or up-sells as appropriate.

Requirements:
• Connecticut Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Preferred but not required:
• Previous experience in pest control, including bed bug management.
