What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Technician position at Terminator Pest Control?
Terminator Pest Control is looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team in the Madison area. In this position, you will work to rid each property of unwanted pests by assessing the property for vulnerable areas that may allow an infestation to occur, setting traps, applying insecticides, and utilizing other effective methods.
Our ideal candidate already has a state license and some professional pest control experience - but if you are a hard worker with a positive attitude, we will gladly work with you directly to give you the knowledge necessary to perform this job! We will provide on-the-job training to assure that you are knowledgeable of the basic standards of our industry and meet our service expectations. You will travel from site to site, so you need to have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
We are now accepting applications for the position as a Service Technician for taking care of our clients in Columbia, Dodge, Dane, and surrounding Counties.
Compensation: Wage will vary depending on experience and route growth - $45K-$60K annual pay

REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to attain 7.1 Structural Pest Control Certification
Valid WI driver's license with a clean driving record
Be able to pass a drug test and background check Be in good physical condition
Be able to work with up to a 40 lb load part of the day
Have good phone skills and communication skills
Be an independent problem solver and a team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing service to both Residential and Commercial accounts
Service and maintain your work vehicle and equipment as needed by regular inspection and keeping records (company pays for vehicle maintenance & repairs to be done by mechanic)
Understand and adhere to various labels of products we apply
Be able to identify and solve a customer's pest concerns
