Job Summary:

The Director of Commercial Roofing will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and growth of the commercial roofing division within Terminus Roofing and Restoration. This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of commercial roofing systems, project management, and the ability to drive sales and business development initiatives. The Director will work closely with the executive team to ensure company objectives are met, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commercial roofing division, overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the commercial roofing business, expanding market share and revenue.
• Oversee the sales and business development efforts for commercial roofing projects, including client relationship management, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Manage a team of project managers, estimators, and roofing professionals, ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and up to the company's quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align division goals with company-wide objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Stay current on industry trends, new roofing technologies, and emerging markets to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Implement and maintain systems for tracking project progress, financial performance, and overall division performance.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding division performance and business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) in the commercial roofing industry, with a track record of leadership and business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, installation processes, and safety standards.
• Strong experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in an office environment and onsite at job sites. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as perform duties on job sites including wearing the appropriate personal protection equipment. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
