What You’ll Do

As the Termite Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of field technicians while keeping our service operations running smoothly and in compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and coach termite service technicians
• Conduct field ride-alongs and performance evaluations
• Manage routing, scheduling, and service production
• Support escalated customer concerns with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with WSDA (WDO, GHP, L&O) requirements
• Track inventory and maintain technician equipment and vehicles
• Complete documentation, service records, and reports accurately

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years in pest or termite control
• Experience supervising or leading a crew
• Valid WA driver’s license clean driving record
• Strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred:

• Current WDO license (SPI) – required for $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Additional WSDA certifications (GHP, L&O)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
• Experience with software like FieldRoutes, PestPac, or ServiceTitan

Compensation & Perks
