Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Partner who thrives on building meaningful relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering top-tier staffing solutions. This role is critical to our success, requiring a blend of strategic business development, consultative client engagement, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with clients across the U.S. specializing in BI, EPM, and ERP solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, hiring requirements, and industry trends to deliver customized staffing solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and workforce solutions.
- Drive business expansion through strategic outreach, networking, and proactive client engagement.
- Collaboration & Talent Placement
- Partner closely with Ternio Candidate Managers to source, assess, and present highly qualified professionals for client opportunities.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and candidates, facilitating smooth interview and hiring processes.
- Negotiate pay packages and employment terms with candidates and clients while maintaining a balance between candidate expectations and business objectives.
- Organizational & Strategic Development
- Work collaboratively with operations staff to drive key initiatives, including technology adoption, marketing strategies, community engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
- Support ongoing internal process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Represent Ternio Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market presence.
- Performance & Goal Attainment
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly gross profit (GP) targets and other performance benchmarks.
- Maintain a strong focus on personal and professional development by staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative staffing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with BI, EPM, or ERP technologies and industry-specific hiring practices.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
