Position Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Consultant Partner to cultivate meaningful relationships, drive business growth, and connect top-tier professionals with exciting career opportunities. This role is integral to our success, requiring a blend of relationship management, strategic business development, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is an energetic, people-oriented professional with a passion for making connections and an aptitude for solving complex staffing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with finance and technology professionals across the U.S.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of highly qualified BI, EPM, and ERP candidates.
- Act as a trusted career advisor, providing guidance and insight to candidates seeking new opportunities.
- Collaboration & Placement Success
- Partner with Ternio Client Managers to match and present qualified professionals for available assignments.
- Ensure seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams, facilitating smooth interview and hiring processes.
- Negotiate and structure pay packages that align with both candidate expectations and client budgets.
- Business & Organizational Development
- Work alongside operations staff on strategic initiatives, including technology selection, marketing campaigns, community engagement, and recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support company growth initiatives by actively participating in hiring campaigns and industry networking events.
- Performance & Goal Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly gross profit (GP) targets and other key performance metrics.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence professionals at all levels.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with BI, EPM, or ERP technologies and their applications within the industry.
