What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Inspire – Guide and mentor a team of Mortgage Loan Officers, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
Drive Strategy – Optimize sales workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
Stay Ahead of the Game – Become an expert in our unique lender product offerings and guidelines to help your team close more deals.
Analyze & Optimize – Monitor sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Create a Winning Culture – Foster a high-energy, results-driven environment with ongoing training, coaching, and incentives.
Maximize Technology – Leverage Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless lead distribution and follow-up.
Collaborate for Success – Work cross-functionally with Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 5 years in mortgage lending sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
✔ Sales Expertise: A proven track record of driving sales growth, exceeding production goals, and leading high-performing teams.
✔ Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals while fostering a competitive and supportive culture.
✔ Strategic Mindset: Experience in sales strategy, negotiation, problem-solving, and team development.
✔ Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Mortgage state licensing is preferred.
