7am-4pm M-F

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of products and materials. The primary products that you will be handling are bulk gummies & finished packaged goods. These products will primarily be packed on pallets but periodically will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. This job involves being on your feet for most of the day and safely weighing & packing products to be securely packed for shipping. If you love being on your feet & problem solving with a team -- this job is for you!

This role requires a strong commitment to safety as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet stackers & pallet jacks to safely move materials.
• Pack bulk gummies into bulk bags that will either be shipped or packaged.
• Load finished packaged products into cases, then into boxes, then onto a pallet
• Ensure boxes and pallets are packed responsible & safely to ensure smooth transit to the customer (no one likes crushed pallets!)
• Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the organization and management of inventory within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• When needed, assist with packaging gummies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing is preferred.
• Consistently lift up to 50 pounds for an extended period of time.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Interest & knowledge of CBD products is a nice plus

Starting Pay

$15 an hour, with raises or bonuses given depending on performance.
