Job Description
As our Retail Growth Architect, you'll transform our thriving single-location retail operation into a multi-channel, multi-location powerhouse. This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with the founder and build something extraordinary from a solid foundation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems to support 10x growth within 5 years
- Develop a team with ownership mentality at every level
- Create proprietary operational advantages our competitors cannot easily replicate
- Integrate our retail operations with upcoming manufacturing capabilities
- Establish metrics and accountability that drive continuous improvement
- Free the founder to focus on product innovation and strategic growth
Qualifications
- Proven track record scaling retail operations from under $10M to $30M in revenue
- Experience expanding from single to multiple retail locations while improving quality
- Demonstrated success in reducing inventory management costs while increasing accuracy
- History of creating staff development programs that produce future leaders
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $10M P&Ls
- Experience with omnichannel integration (physical, e-commerce, wholesale)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $175,000-$250,000 (commensurate with demonstrated results)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of base through our structured performance system:
- 30% tied to quarterly operational excellence metrics
- 50% tied to annual growth targets
- 20% tied to team development milestones
- Opportunity for Ownership: Potential for company ownership for exceptional performers
- Total First-Year Target: $300,000-$450,000 with substantial upside in future years
