Job Description Power Equipment Sales Person

The position is a blend of hourly and commission, backed by additional bonuses. The pay listed may fluctuate higher depending on performance and your personal goals.

· Ensure outstanding service for every customer

· Consistently maintain punctuality and attendance

· Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

· Generate and execute sales leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc)

· Demonstrate product knowledge to customers, aiming to close sales

· Efficiently create and manage customer orders

· Monitor and meeting sales goals set by the manager

· Adapt to changing processes and business needs

· Participate actively in ongoing training

· Utilize our IT systems for processing information

· Ensure compliance with company policies and practices

· Treat all customers equally

· Contribute as a team member to store operations that include ensuring displays of merchandise are attractive and proper buyer’s programs are followed.

Physical Demands:

· Regularly talk and hear while performing job duties

· Actively stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch

· Frequently life and move items (sometimes over 50 pounds)

· Visual acuity to use a keyboard, power equipment, and read technical information

Expected Working Hours:

· Days Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

· Saturdays 8am-1230pm

Expected hours: 45 per week
