We are currently seeking an experienced Building Development Specialist to join our Tenant Interiors Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies to meet client needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and strategies to meet client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to maintain open lines of communication.
- Ensure compliance with Terra's safety and quality control policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- A proven track record of success in similar roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Tenant interiors expertise.
- Proficiency in Procore and other construction management software.
- OSHA 10 and/or 30-Hour Training certification.
