Tenant Interiors Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled commercial construction Project Manager (PM) to join our Tenant Interiors (TI) Team. This role involves managing multiple construction projects from onset through completion, ensuring that objectives are met while maintaining a safe and quality-controlled work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, to deliver projects efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective construction schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Analyze and resolve complex project issues, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience managing commercial construction projects with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, Procore, and CMIC software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
