The Position: Terra is currently seeking an experienced commercial construction Project Manager (PM) to join its Team.
Job Summary:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of multiple construction projects to ensure objectives are accomplished.
- Estimate, budget, manage budgets, and develop schedules.
- Procure trade contractors, materials, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals.
- Complete pre-bid site inspections.
- Manage owner contracts, trade partner contracts, and submittals.
- Track and monitor overall construction schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or civil engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience managing commercial construction projects.
