Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals as required for each project.
- Complete pre-bid site inspections to provide detailed proposals to clients.
- Procure trade contractors, materials & suppliers to ensure project milestones and completion dates are met.
- Track and monitor overall construction schedule.
- Effectively communicate with the owner, building management, design team, all team members, coworkers, trade partners, and suppliers.
