About the Role
This position is a key member of our Tenant Interiors team, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will ensure that all objectives are met by performing various duties and responsibilities.
Key tasks include estimating, budgeting, managing budgets and schedules, permitting, construction, and project closeout. You will work closely with the project team to obtain inspections from local code enforcement officials and secure Certificates of Occupancy.
- Pre-Construction Phase: Prepare owner contracts, trade partner contracts, submittals, RFIs, and other necessary pre-construction paperwork.
- Procurement: Procure trade contractors, materials, and suppliers to meet project milestones and completion dates.
- Construction Phase: Track and monitor overall construction schedules, effectively communicate with owners, building management, design teams, and stakeholders to maintain efficient projects.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of related experience managing commercial construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
