Position Overview: As a Data Management Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data aggregation, analysis, and visualization to provide valuable insights across the business. You will work closely with various departments to enhance data efficiency, create impactful dashboards, and deliver high-quality reports that drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Design: Develop and implement KPI dashboards using Excel or data visualization software.
- Data Aggregation: Build custom business logic to aggregate data at scale accurately.
- Tool Development: Create dynamic custom tools to enhance data efficiency across departments using Excel and other software.
- Data Transformation: Process raw, unstructured data from multiple sources, converting it into accessible and visually appealing reports, dashboards and summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze and identify the root causes of high-level trends at the most granular level to uncover actionable business insights.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc reports accurately and efficiently, leveraging Excel expertise and domain knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Data Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and organize large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Excel Expertise: Proficiency in creating and managing pivot tables, using advanced formulas.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Attention to Detail: Strong data management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical data into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification
