Location : Chapel Hill, NC
Duration : May 2025 – August 2025

Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Writing Intern to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate
documentation to support both internal teams and external clients in understanding and
using integration-based processes. Your work will help simplify complex technical
concepts and ensure that users can effectively leverage integration features.
Key Responsibilities :
- Documentation Creation : Develop internal and client-facing documentation that explains how to use integration-based processes, including step-by-step guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practice recommendations.
- Content Development : Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information and create content that is clear, accurate, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Process Mapping : Work with cross-functional teams to understand integration workflows and translate them into structured documentation formats such as flowcharts, diagrams, and written content.
- Consistency and Quality : Ensure that all documentation is consistent in style, tone, and format. Edit and proofread content to maintain a high standard of quality.
- Client Support Materials : Create user-friendly manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for external clients, helping them navigate the integration processes seamlessly.
- Feedback and Iteration : Gather feedback from internal teams and external users to continuously improve documentation and ensure it meets the needs of diverse user groups.
