We are currently seeking a Structural / Bridge Engineer to join our team. Essential Functions
- Prepare cost estimates, plans, technical specs and calculations for various and diverse structure types with an emphasis on bridges and other transportation-related structures.
- Inspect in-service bridges, retaining walls, and other structures and make repair recommendations if appropriate.
- Plan phase of design, including preparation of Bridge Condition Reports and Type, Size, and Location (TSL) Plans.
- Prepare detailed calculations for the design of new structures, as well as load rating calculations for existing structures.
- Collaborate with other engineers on larger projects and manage the completion of individual design tasks on smaller projects.
- Review documents for compliance with the clients’ standards.
- Ensure that the client’s expectations are met
- Other duties as assigned
