We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Owner/ CEO of several Businesses. Key Responsibilities:
· Executive & Personal Support: Manage the CEO’s office, calendar, emails, travel bookings, and personal tasks such as household management and family assistance.
· Business Operations: Oversee vendor contracts, leases, borrower loan agreements, and company correspondence. Support all activities for smooth operations of all businesses.
· Property Management: Act as the primary liaison for tenants and vendors in commercial real estate, ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Financial Oversight: Monitor vendor bills, process invoices, manage accounts payable/ receivable, assist with financial reporting and work with Accountants and Bookkeepers.
· Meeting & Travel Coordination: Schedule meetings, conduct research, and organize domestic/ international travel logistics.
· On-Site Visits: Travel to property locations (around Columbus) as needed to meet tenants, vendors, and partners.
· Confidential Data Management: Handle sensitive financial and business information with absolute discretion (NDA required).
· Research: Online research to figure out things, find solutions etc. Willing to learn new software and technology used by businesses.
· Team Support & Development: Assist in training and onboarding new employees while managing office administration.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven Experience: Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive or Business Owner is essential - 7 years minimum.
· Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams, vendors, tenants, and stakeholders. High emotional intelligence
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to research online and solve problems independently.
- Financial & Organizational Skills: Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is a plus. Ability to generate financial reports and organize data effectively.
- Property Management Experience: Familiarity with commercial real estate operations is highly desirable.
- Trustworthy & Discreet: Ability to handle sensitive business and financial matters with complete confidentiality.
- Adaptable & Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- On-The-Job-Training: Ability to quickly grasp and integrate training provided on the job with daily duties and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively (A MUST).
- Experience in team management and problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency.
