Responsibilities:
- Supervising warehouse activities: Overseeing daily operations, such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
- Managing warehouse staff: Scheduling, training, and evaluating performance, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Ensuring efficient inventory management: Tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and optimizing storage space.
- Overseeing logistics: Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintaining a safe and secure warehouse environment: Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any potential hazards.
- Improving warehouse processes: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
