General Summary
Part-time Leasing Agent needed for 2 Apartment Communities (193 units total) in the Brighton, CO area. Looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience. This individual will assist the property manager with several duties that can consist of, but not limited to, assisting residents, leasing sales, answering phones, preparing leasing documents, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented
- Ideal candidate should possess at least one year of leasing experience
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher. Appfolio, One-site or Yardi property management software is also a plus
- Experience with LIHTC section 42, or section 8 is preferred, but will train the right individual
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Education or Formal Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
