We are seeking a high-energy, motivated, and experienced Estimator / Project Manager for a dynamic, fast-paced company based in Denver, CO. This role involves managing multiple small projects, overseeing budgeting and take-offs, coordinating scheduling, and communicating with subcontractors and staff. Responsibilities :
- Manage large projects concurrently.
- Oversee budgeting and take-offs for projects.
- Coordinate staging, mobilization, and scheduling for projects.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and staff to ensure project completion.
- Complete progress and final billing for submission to accounting.
- Run jobs efficiently to achieve project goals.
- Conduct site walks, reviews, and manage punch list communication / completion.
- Assist Project Managers on larger projects.
- Provide excellent customer service through strong oral and written communication skills.
