Position Overview:
We are looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to handle essential daily tasks and ensure smooth and efficient company operations. This is a key role that involves managing client communications, coordinating crews, handling billing processes, and supporting project management efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls during normal business hours with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule services and manage calendars for projects and recurring maintenance.
- Update client payment information and resolve any billing issues.
- Dispatch work crews as needed and assign scope of work on projects.
- Resolve service issues quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Interact with crews to coordinate and communicate project requirements.
- Pre-order materials for upcoming projects to maintain workflow.
- Respond to client emails and texts promptly and courteously.
- Assist with creating project estimates and researching product costs.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to office and field operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Service Auto Pilot.
- Previous experience in sales, office management, or administrative roles within the landscaping, lawn care, or construction industries.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic work environment.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Office conveniently located off the DNT and Parker Road in Plano, TX.
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Annual salary starting at $60,000 with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
- Two weeks of vacation during the Christmas holiday each year.
