Job Summary

As a Destination Curator & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for selling destination experiences by crafting compelling content and engaging with potential travelers. This role blends sales, marketing, and content creation, requiring a dynamic individual who can attract leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into bookings. If you excel at storytelling, digital marketing, and closing sales, this opportunity offers high earning potential and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, attract new clients, and convert inquiries into bookings
  • Destination Research & Curation: Identify, develop, and promote unique vacation packages, luxury escapes, and trending travel experiences
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality blogs, social media posts, videos, and destination guides that engage and inspire travelers
  • Social Media & Audience Engagement: Manage and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube to enhance brand presence
  • Customer Consultation & Sales: Engage with potential clients, understand their preferences, and recommend ideal destinations to drive bookings
  • Email & Paid Marketing Campaigns: Develop targeted email sequences and paid ads to attract, nurture, and convert leads
  • Industry Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations: Work with influencers, travel bloggers, and tourism boards to expand audience reach
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging destinations, and competitor strategies to refine sales and marketing efforts

Qualifications & Skills

Sales & Marketing Experience: Success in sales, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury services.

Content Development Expertise: Ability to create engaging and persuasive content that drives conversions.

Social Media & Advertising Knowledge: Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing.

Customer Service & Relationship Building: Ability to provide exceptional client support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

CRM & Lead Management: Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track leads and sales performance.

Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve revenue targets.
