Job Overview:

We are seeking a Destination Reservations Agent to assist clients with planning and booking unforgettable travel experiences. This role involves providing expert recommendations, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth booking process. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in researching, selecting, and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and experiences
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, budget, and travel needs
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners to ensure seamless service
• Stay updated on industry trends, destination information, and promotional offers
• Coordinate with travel vendors and suppliers to finalize bookings
• Offer exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Access to a computer or smartphone with a reliable internet connection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in internet research and online booking platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service
• Ability to attend virtual training sessions
