Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for honeymoons, romantic getaways, and special events
• Research and recommend luxury destinations, accommodations, and unique experiences tailored to individual client needs
• Manage all aspects of reservations, including scheduling, confirmations, and modifications
• Ensure seamless coordination of transportation, lodging, excursions, and special requests
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each booking to ensure a stress-free experience
• Stay updated on industry trends, premium locations, and emerging travel technologies
• Handle changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests with efficiency and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with an internet connection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with internet research and digital booking tools
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to attend virtual training webinars as needed
