What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor (Seasonal) position at Terra Vista Managment, Inc.?
Campland on the Bay and Mission Bay RV are a full-service, destination resorts. Our janitor team provides a vital service: making sure our common areas, restrooms and showers sparkle. Good impressions matter and our janitors are critical to our success.
During a shift, janitors typically do some or all of the following:
- clean restrooms and showers
- restock toilet tissue and paper towel dispensers
- empty trashcans
- sweep
- hose off open or common spaces
- vacuum and mop floors
- clean employee breakroom sinks, tables, and refrigerators
- clean the Cantina patio and other areas as directed by management
- answer guest questions and requests for assistance
- other tasks as directed by management
Because our resorts are open 365 days/year, janitors must be available to work early mornings, days or evenings as well as on weekends and holidays. To be successful, you'll also need to have reliable attendance, comply with company policies, follow directions, and be physically able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
