Essential Functions:
· Receive and respond to all homeowner calls within 24 hours.
· Conduct association inspections in accordance with their governing documents, board policy, and approved inspection procedure on a schedule approved by the department supervisor.
· Document violations via a mobile/tablet device in the uManage system and update as required. Photograph violations as required per the governing documents.
· Process violation letters and prepare for mailing.
· Create a hearing agenda for monthly committee meetings.
· Attend committee violation hearings.
· Complete a monthly calendar to ensure community zones are inspected at the appropriate time.
· Administrative functions, including violation processing in uManage system.
· Maintain spreadsheets and logs to present at monthly meetings.
· Create and provide a monthly compliance news article for the community website and newsletter.
· Install vehicle transponders on a rotation basis.
· Other duties as assigned and required.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Graduation from high school or equivalent
· Experience in HOA inspections preferred
· Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Working knowledge of business machines, office equipment, and record-keeping
· Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Must have reliable transportation and be willing to use personal vehicle to perform job duties (mileage compensation is provided)
· Must possess a valid NV driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and valid registration
· Must adhere to Company Driving & Insurance Policy
Preferred Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of uManage compliance software
· Working knowledge of Docuware and C3 Software
· Working knowledge of QuickPass gate access software
· ActiveNet Software experience a plus
· Experience working in a large-scale membership facility
Special Requirements:
· Will be required to work some evenings for monthly light checks
· Ability to work outside under adverse weather conditions
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
ADA Requirements:
· See and read small print, both on paper and a computer screen, quickly and accurately
· Ability to hear a human voice over the telephone and from 6 feet away
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
· Ability to move quickly and assist others in an emergency
· Ability to obtain AED/CPR/First Aid Certification

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
