Essential Functions:
· Receive and respond to all homeowners’ calls within 24 hours.
· Answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line call board.
· Process membership paperwork and cards to new members.
· Follow check-in procedures for resident members.
· Relay messages between the front desk and management.
· Provide excellent customer care by guiding residents to activities, finding answers to questions, and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment at the Clubhouse.
· Ability to understand, interpret and apply Board of Directors’ approved policies and procedures.
· Assists in the general appearance of the Clubhouse by cleaning areas in and around the Clubhouse front desk area, keeping the equipment organized for residents to check-out and use.
· Assists in the set-up and break-down of classes, special events, and meetings.
· Provide new residents and prospective residents with Clubhouse tours.
· Ensures that the Fitness Center remains safe, equipment is used correctly, and that users follow Clubhouse policies.
· Notifies the management of worn or damaged components.
· Other duties as assigned and required.

· Ensures Clubhouse facilities are opened and closed per approved hours of operation
· Maintains a professional appearance and attitude, including grooming and personal hygiene, at all times. Staff interaction with residents, guests, and visitors will be provided in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
· Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
· Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with people in a variety of circumstances
Minimum Qualifications:
· Graduation from high school or equivalent
· Ability to work flexible hours or shifts and holidays
· Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
· One year experience in the field of customer service, recreation, fitness, or related field
· Cash handling experience desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
· ActiveNet Software experience a plus
· Working knowledge of QuickPass gate access software
· Working knowledge of C3 Software
· Experience working in a large-scale membership facility
Special Requirements:
· Will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
· May be required to work outside under adverse weather conditions
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
ADA Requirements:
· Ability to sit or stand at the front desk to check-in residents, guests, and visitors. Walk to conduct tours of the facility. Minimal lifting for trash removal, replace weights, move tables and chairs
· See and read small print, both on paper and a computer screen, quickly and accurately
· Ability to hear a human voice over the telephone and from 6 feet away
· Ability to move quickly and assist others in an emergency
· Ability to obtain AED/CPR/First Aid Certification
