Key Responsibilities
- Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HOA boards, property managers, roofing contractors, and pool service providers. Regularly engage with existing contacts and identify new potential clients and partners.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the HOA, roofing, and pool industries. Drive new sales by providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of HOA members, property managers, and contractors.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct needs assessments for HOA managers, property developers, and roofing/pool service providers to offer customized products and services. Provide expert guidance on solutions that align with their specific requirements.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for contracts with HOA organizations, property managers, and contractors. Ensure pricing, terms, and service agreements are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Industry Knowledge & Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on trends, challenges, and regulations within the HOA, roofing, and pool industries. Utilize market insights to identify new sales strategies, product offerings, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales performance and report regularly to senior management. Analyze market data, sales trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve results.Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on the Alarms, HOA, roofing, and pools industries.
- Established network of connections within HOA boards, property managers, roofing contractors, and pool service providers.
- Strong understanding of HOA processes, policies, and challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, pool installations, and related products or services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 3 years of sales experience in HOA, roofing, or pool industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with contract management and pricing negotiations.
- Strong local knowledge and existing connections in the region.
