Job Duties:
- Answering phones, transferring calls to appropriate person and taking adequate messages
- Roll Off Box Management; Involves identifying the location, service date and box number of each box/service ticket.
- Invoice Roll-Off and Medical waste customers
- Process Medical Manifest; Compliance Publishing Software
- Code and Process disposal invoices
- Accounts Receivable/Collections; Contact Customers that are past due on payment
- Serve as support for Admin I
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of computers.
- Skill in using Microsoft 365.
- Skill in working in an office supporting several staff members.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
