About the Company: Terrabella Environmental Services is a Texas based, privately owned, full service environmental contracting and management company. Terrabella Environmental Services provides a wide array of industrial and environmental services in central and south Texas. We provide our clients with programs that are consistent with Federal and State regulations and are always in strict adherence to health and safety procedures.As part of a service oriented company we will provide the required documentation for generators and clients including manifests, bills of lading, labels, markings, and packaging if needed. We perform services in all corners of the US and can respond to your needs in a prompt and cost-effective manner. All clients can be provided with a copy of a certificate of insurance naming them as added insured for indemnification purposes as well as copes of applicable certificates of destruction or recycling.
Full Time Position
Salary: $40,000
Plus, commission on new sales
Job Description/Summary
The Project Manager is a critical member of our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, along with service completion. This specific position would entail customer relations, as well as seeking out sales/new business, and creating waste profiles. You would have a base salary plus commissions on any new sales.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with new and existing customers to ensure their needs are met
- Finding new customers (will earn commission)
- Setting up internal profiles for new customers
- Completing basic tasks for customers, such as collecting samples, ordering supplies, etc.
- Creating waste profiles for disposal facilities
- Communicating with admin and management about current customer needs and/or issues.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid drivers license.
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft 365/Outlook
