Job Summary :
As a National Business Development Representative at Terraboost, our mission is to identify and engage potential advertisers, leveraging personalized outreach to create meaningful connections. Through highly tailored emails (50-100 per day), strategic follow-ups, social media engagement and phone outreach, you'll qualify leads and generate opportunities for our sales team to close.
Competitive Salary of $65,000-$80,000 plus generous performance bonuses can easily bring your total compensation to as much as $150,000 annually! This is a position in our Naperville, IL office.

What You'll Do :
- Prospect & Outreach :
Research and identify potential advertising clients, tailoring outreach to align with their unique goals and values.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong understanding of their advertising needs and how our offerings can support their goals.
Use your phone and email skills to engage prospects and ensure they move through the sales pipeline effectively.
Write creative and engaging emails (50-100 per day) that feel personalized and resonate with prospects.
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, ensuring seamless handoffs and preparing the sales team for success.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, activities, and progress within the CRM to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
Master the BDR role with the goal of transitioning into an Account Executive position after 9-18 months, where you'll take full ownership of closing deals.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve messaging, and align efforts with broader campaigns.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and industry research to continually refine your skills and stay ahead of trends in retail media and advertising.
