Position Overview : The Terrace at Crystal has immediate opening for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional nursing care to our residents and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Provide strong leadership to the nursing staff to deliver outstanding care to residents.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and medical professionals.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff.
- Candidate MUST have prior Nursing Home Leadership experience
