Duties

- Lead and supervise nursing and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
- Oversee medication administration processes and ensure proper training for staff involved in medication management.
- Conduct regular assessments of facility operations and implement improvements as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies to address concerns and enhance communication.
- Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion within the facility.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior care settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities is highly desirable.
